Geophysical Surveys
We maintain files and maps showing
the locations of all geophysical activity properly conducted on
the University lands, the approximate dates of acquisition, and the names
of the companies that conducted the surveys. This includes
gravity, magnetic, and 2-D and 3-D seismic surveys.
Interpretations generated from some surveys conducted prior to June
1973 are also available for inspection. No raw
or processed geophysical data is on file with the University lands.
