University Lands is located in Midland, Texas and has moved to a new location at 704 W Dengar Ave, effective January 1, 2007.  The University Lands Accounting division, which was located in Austin, Texas, has moved to Midland beginning the 1st of May, 2006, to be combined with the current oil, gas and surface leasing operations of University Lands.
