Electronic reporting makes reporting more convenient and efficient.  Data is validated at submission so you have the opportunity to correct errors before they reach our office, saving you time and money. Users of the Electronic Reporting System (ERS) can be assured of quick and secure transmissions of their reports.

Authorization to use ERS requires the completion of an Electronic Filing Certification Agreement (Form UT-6).   The completed form may be faxed to our office at: (432) 683-8780 or mailed to: P.O. Box 553, Midland, TX 79702-0553.

To submit your reports, select one of the following reports:
